Alan Richardson - As a peak performance coach, Alan brings to the business of dentistry a refreshing, stimulating perspective based on more than 30 years experience in heavy industry and business management. As a Chairman and CEO of public companies and having lived and worked in many parts of the world, his insightful knowledge and experience adds a dimension unique to the field of dentistry ... a leader of large teams worldwide. Born in England and educated at King’s College, University of London and the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London, his broad international experience adds vitality and energy to everything he does. Alan is Executive Director of Fortune Practice Management®, a nationwide healthcare consulting company, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Fortune Practice Management in the northwest United States. His goal as a coach is to be a catalyst that moves people to action and achievement of their goals. Contributing editor and author in a new dental book: “FUNdamentals of Outstanding Dental Teams.”
Sandy Richardson - Sandy brings to her profession a joy and loving presence that affects all whom she meets. Her lecturing, coaching and seminar leadership create within her participants, a desire to be better at everything they do. Specializing in enriching the human spirit, she has proven to be an example of what is possible. In addition to being President of Fortune Practice Management Northwest, she is the founder and President of Future Lifetrends, Inc., a company with wide ranging services including Power of 2 - a subsidiary company dedicated to enriching relationships between the sexes, both professionally and personally. Sandy has extensive experience in banking and management, including Trust Management for a large Midwest banking corporation, marketing for the Federal Reserve Bank System and Foundation Director for Shodair Children’s Hospital, Montana.
